November 2nd, exchange students from Thailand dressed up in their traditional costumes gently put the lanterns onto the water of the Guijiang River. On that evening, more than 20 Thai students and Vietnamese students from Wuzhou College, who were joined by their Chinese classmates, came together to the bank of Guijiang River to place the water lanterns made by themselves in the traditional way into the river, to celebrate the Thai traditional festival Loy Krathong (Water Lantern Festival).
